Returns & Exchanges

Returns are only accepted for incorrect items shipped or damaged goods. If you receive incorrect/damaged goods, please email tehanithedominionwitch@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving order, buyers will have to cover the cost of shipping both for the return and for the new item/s. Buyers will have to ship back exchanges within 14 days of receiving their order at their expense.

Bookings for a reading or reiki is non refundable prior to or after a booking. Please do feel free to move times around should plans change. Bookings can be transferable to another person. Please notify if this should happen.

Lateness for your booking will be deducted from your already booked time.

Shipping, Customs & Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Any delays due to customs is not the responsibility of this business.

All items are shipped within 48hrs of purchase withing business hours. Should there be a delay, you will be contacted. A tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order is on the way to you.
